Sales Representative
 
You will primarily be responsible for presenting; selling listing and advertising packages that will improve the impact and visibility of your group of prospects.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Must be highly motivated and driven and have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver results by promoting the company
  • Ability to travel to periodic trade shows and sales meetings
  • Responsible for overall coordination of marketing, sales, publicity and advertising through brochures, flyers, website and tradeshows.
  • Customer Service and Phone skills
  • Deliver effective presentations including proposals to customers
  • Maintain account files, report documentation and proposals/bids using the www.vtac.com website
Skills and Qualification:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in business to business selling
  • College Diploma, Accounting, Marketing or Business.
  • Strong general knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Self-motivated and energetic sales professional, with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to succeed
  • Previous management experience required and proven sales success
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Effective decision making and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Great Attitude
  • Contribute both individually and as part of a team
This position pays a base salary with attractive commission structure
 

 
Accounting
 
Responsibilities:
  • Increase customer awareness of accounting and payroll services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with team members create and implement account strategy
  • Strong general knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Knowledge of preparation of Government remittances - including GST, PST
  • Ability to travel to periodic trade shows and sales meetings
  • Provide bookkeeping services to clients
  • Prepare client accounting records
  • Data Entry
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-6 years in accounting and business tax sales experience
  • Previous accounting experience required
  • Effective decision making and problem solving skills
  • College Diploma, Accounting or Business.
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Great Attitude
  • Contribute both individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The software knowledge required:
Accpac, Simple Accounting, Quick Books, Business Vision, Profile, MS Excel, MS Access.
 
This position pays a base salary.
